Artwork guidelines

Follow these guidelines for the sharpest, most accurate full-color print. Our team reviews every file before printing.

Accepted file formats

PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, EPS, SVG. Vector formats (SVG, EPS, PDF) are preferred for logos; raster images (PNG, JPG) should be high resolution.

Resolution

Recommended 300 DPI at print size. Images below 1500px on the longest side will trigger a low-resolution warning. We will flag low-resolution artwork and may request a replacement.

Maximum upload size

25 MB.

Color formats

RGB and CMYK are both accepted. We convert to the print profile during production; colors may shift slightly from screen to ceramic.

Print-area dimensions

Exact print-area dimensions are pending confirmation from our mug supplier and will be published here once confirmed.

Transparent backgrounds

For logo-only prints, use a transparent-background PNG so your logo prints without a background rectangle.

One design per order

Each order uses one design across all mugs. Multiple designs require separate orders or an additional-design charge.
