How to order custom mugs
From upload to doorstep — a simple, guided process for ordering custom printed ceramic mugs.
1. Choose your mug & quantity
Pick a mug and a quantity tier from 1 to 288. The more you order, the lower the per-mug price.
2. Upload your artwork
Send us a PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS, or SVG. We check resolution and print quality automatically.
3. Approve your proof
A digital proof is mandatory for every custom artwork order — no exceptions. We send it for your approval before anything is printed, ensuring your design is accurate and minimizing returns. Production does not begin until you sign off.
4. We print & ship
Your mugs are full-color sublimation printed and shipped directly to you by our fulfillment partner.
