Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Pricing is shown at the time of order and is based on the quantity tier and print location you select.

Custom products

Custom-printed mugs are made to order. Because they are personalized, returns are limited to damaged or defective items as described in our Return Policy.

Artwork & intellectual property

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork you upload. You are responsible for the content of your design. See our Intellectual Property Policy.

Proofing

For orders that require a proof, production does not begin until you approve the proof in writing. Delays in approval may affect delivery timing.
